Exotic library

There are a lot of these little lending libraries – usually a box made to look like a house -- all over the Hill, but this was the most elaborate one I’ve ever seen. I left several political books I had finished along with a barely used Alton Brown cookbook in one a few weeks ago, and they were all gone the next day.

Best to view in "Original" because other versions resized by PBase are decidedly
unsharp.

This is interesting. It looks ver much likeca spirit house common in Southeas Asia, though they are not used for the purpose of book donations.

We have quite a few of these little libraries in Edmonton. None as elaborate as this one. One has to check them regularity all the good books go quickly. V

How very nice! Our county library has a store which accepts donations 3X a week. I have been unloading so many I think they're going to lock the door when they see me coming. I try to buy only used from abebooks.com (cheap used books in great condition should you choose to pick one rated "Very Good" or even "Good"). Otherwise I buy bargain ebooks from bookbub.com to read on my tablet. The prices are amazingly low, but only last for the day the email is sent announcing daily choices. After that the prices go back up.
