We haven’t been to the National Arboretum in quite a long time, having missed two springs due to the pandemic. I’ve photographed these columns several times before, but I must say it was nice to see them again. Interestingly, I also took a picture of them with the D850 (I couldn't get them all in with the Z7 and my 300mm lens), but I liked the picture taken with my iPhone the best.
The National Capitol Columns are a monument in Washington, D.C.'s National Arboretum. It is an arrangement of twenty-two Corinthian columns which were a part of the United States Capitol from 1828 to 1958, placed amid 20 acres (8.1 ha) of open meadow, known as the Ellipse Meadow. (Wikipedia)
Best to view in "Original" because other versions resized by PBase are decidedly
unsharp.
