There were a good number of water lilies, but not as many as usual at this time of the year, especially a week away from the festival. They also didn’t have their special display of exotic water lilies; perhaps they couldn’t get the plants they needed last year due to the pandemic.

We haven't been to the aquatic gardens for a year due to the pandemic so decided to pay a visit in advance of their very popular (meaning very crowded) Lotus and Water Lily Festival, which takes place next weekend. It was nice to walk around the grounds once again, although we might have been a bit early for some of the flowers.

Best to view in "Original" because other versions resized by PBase are decidedly
unsharp.
