Even Gypsy gets dressed up for the Fourth

I had photographed Gypsy the cow decked out for Cinco di Mayo and figured she must be dressed up for the Fourth of July, too, but couldn’t remember quite where she was located. I had to email my contact at the Capitol Hill Restoration Society to get the address, and here she is. (Note to myself: 15th and North Carolina NE)

Best to view in "Original" because other versions resized by PBase are decidedly
unsharp.
