Second try

I had tried to take a picture of these lilies of the valley in our backyard with my Z7 and closeup lens but didn’t like the result at all, so went back with my trusty iPhone later in the day. It’s amazing how good these cell phone cameras are these days and how much we (or at least I) rely on them.

Best to view in "Original" because other versions resized by Pbase are decidedly
unsharp.

Yes, the progress of the cameras from cellphones is pretty stunning compare to what was possible less than a decade ago. Lovely image.

The flowers show so well against those green leaves. The resolution of the Z7 combined with the excellent optics of the Nikon macro lens should produce amazing images. Might be worth a call to customer service to see why that isn't happening.

I often go back and retry a composition
with my camera I didn’t convey what I attempted
to. Phone cams are a great alternative!
