Even utilities can be beautified

One last picture from the Pepco substation mural to give an idea of the sheer size of it, covering two exterior walls of the complex. This was the longer side.

The crane was noticed in another picture, and I said it was working on a new bridge nearby, but I discovered it’s actually at the site of yet another residential building in this increasingly popular area.

Best to view in "Original" because other versions resized by Pbase are decidedly
unsharp.
