Troops guarding the Capitol sickened, hospitalized due to ‘below substandard’ food

It was reported on the news this evening that troops from Michigan guarding the Capitol have been given “below substandard quality” food – contracted by the Pentagon -- that caused at least 59 of them to become ill and some to be hospitalized. Meals reportedly contained feathers, metal shavings or undercooked meat, while some were moldy and many inadequate in quantity.

When I heard that on the news at first I thought it was sort of joke.
These soldiers men and women will be glad to leave DC, tomorrow would not be soon enough.
