This delightful mural, another created by prolific DC murals artist Aneikan Udofia that celebrates the Adams Morgan neighborhood, stretched the entire length of a long wall, but I liked this closeup of it best.
I realize I’ve been posting a lot of murals, but the truth is I don’t have too many other pictures on hand because the flowers are gone, the birds aren’t too plentiful and so much is closed here, like all the Smithsonian museums (again). Holiday celebrations that I usually photograph have also been canceled. However, searching for murals is one thing we can do without running into a lot of people, and besides being a fun challenge, we’ve learned how much Washington has changed in the years we were overseas. It’s turned into a rediscovery of our city!
Best to view in "Original" because other versions resized by Pbase are decidedly
unsharp.
