Peter Krško is the founder of Krsko Creative Group, a non-profit collective of artists, educators and visionaries that uses art, science and technology to improve public spaces with the goal of building healthy communities. In this mural, Krško re-imagines the classic Zebra pattern in an abstract form.

Couldn’t avoid the light post, but I thought this was a really interesting mural to find at Union Market, a very popular eating spot in what used to be an industrial area in Northeast Washington.

Best to view in "Original" because other versions resized by Pbase are decidedly
unsharp.
