We found this on North Carolina Avenue on Capitol Hill the other day. I had never seen a sign like this before, but I learned online that there’s a kind of T-shirt for sale that says the same thing except it’s written in Cherokee. I couldn’t see the sign below it from the car, but when Tim asked if I had gotten that, too, I got out to make sure it was in the picture.
