A gotcha moment

I keep seeing the cardinals out back, but never seem to have a camera ready, except for this morning, when I had one nearby set at a then-too-high ISO because a thunderstorm was approaching. Regardless, I finally got him. I also saw a blue jay but was on the phone at the time, and my one-handed shot didn’t work out too well.

Best to view in "Original" because other versions resized by Pbase are decidedly unsharp.

You ought to start a list of all the birds you've been able to capture. It's fun to watch it grow. Cardinals are especially fun to catch because they're so cocky and beautiful.
