Tim is always taking pictures of me when I don’t realize it, most of which I trash, but I’m posting this one to show off my Ben & Jerry’s cow T-shirt that I bought at their ice cream factory in Vermont and matching cow face mask (not from Ben & Jerry's). Most of the people at the monastery were wearing masks, a hopeful sign.

We went back to the Franciscan Monastery in NE Washington because last year there had been lots of butterflies in their garden, and quite frankly, because we couldn’t go anywhere else due to street closures everywhere for protests and other major gardens still being closed on account of the pandemic.
