Salvaged ring-necked duck

We stopped by Constitution Gardens this afternoon and found some geese, many ducks and no heron. I tried something different with my camera this time and was very disappointed with the results; this was one of the few that I salvaged. Thanks to Hank for the ID!

Best to view in "Original" because other versions resized by Pbase are decidedly unsharp.
