Goose haven

We walked the length of the boardwalk in search of the herons and egrets that live at the gardens, but all we found were more geese and seagulls.

*****

We thought we’d see what Kenilworth Park and Aquatic Gardens in Washington, D.C., was like in winter. Naturally all the lotuses and water lilies were gone, but we did find some birds during our walk around the extensive grounds.

Best to view in "Original" because other versions resized by Pbase are decidedly unsharp.
