Geese were by far the most numerous birds in the aquatic gardens that day.

We thought we’d see what Kenilworth Park and Aquatic Gardens in Washington, D.C., was like in winter. Naturally all the lotuses and water lilies were gone, but we did find some birds during our walk around the extensive grounds.
