Dressed up for a stroll

Captured at the Clarendon shopping area in Northern Virginia. I asked the woman if I could photograph her dressed-up kids, and she was happy to oblige.

Hope this cute duo's hu"mom" didn't get stopped by the police like I did when out walking with my girls just before Halloween. Little dogs in dresses - riding in a stroller - are known to hang out with hardened criminals who carry a camera. Very cute shot. This pair is very well behaved to not try & jump out.
