Legendary Nats pitcher Max Scherzer

I’m just posting my pictures from this parade all at once since I imagine nobody but me cares about the players we saw, but I must say the whole thing was pretty exciting, although quite a challenge to photograph!

*****

We walked down to the victory parade for the Washington Nationals, who won the World Series in game 7 on Wednesday night against the Houston Astros. It was huge for DC, which hasn’t had a World Series title since the Senators (now the Minnesota Twins) won in 1924, and the whole city came out to celebrate with the team.

Best to view in "Original" because other versions resized by Pbase are decidedly unsharp.

It's good to be him right now. Great capture of the moment. V
