My last two pictures from Cape May right now as we need to head for Long Island today. I took this at Hawk Watch, a platform on the shore from which countless birds are visible, including various kinds of hawks, eagles, egrets and swans. The expert there said this was a bald eagle. I found it incredibly difficult to photograph the birds in flight, especially since most of them were pretty far away and I’ve never been good at that, but I did manage to get this one.
Best to view in "Original" because other versions resized by Pbase are decidedly unsharp.
