Unusual crape myrtle

Just trying out a new lens out in the extreme heat on whatever I could find to photograph. This crape myrtle was a bit past its prime, but the color was still beautiful against the white church.

Best to view in "Original" or “Auto” because other versions resized by Pbase are decidedly unsharp.
