These buildings are located on High Street, the main road running down a steep hill to the riverfront popular with tourists. The town is filled with historic buildings and is actually part of the Harpers Ferry National Historical Park. It had a population of 281 as of 2017.
Best to view in "Original" because other versions resized by Pbase are decidedly unsharp.
