We caught sight of this hawk as it was in pursuit of a crow, or at least it sure looked that way.

Looks like it could give the crows a good challenge. Your flight perspective is excellent. Those broad wings suggest goshawk to me, but you perhaps have other species with that feature in your part of the word.

We have a lot of hawks who migrate to Texas for the winter. Always fascinating to watch. Crows are pretty tough. He's better watch out. V
