The squawker

Out for a walk today around Capitol Hill in absolutely gorgeous, cool-ish weather, I came across this bird (I don’t know what it is) squawking like crazy. It was nice enough to occasionally pose for a portrait.

living together in peace seems admirable, although apparently difficult to achieve...this well caught squawker shows part of the issues...differences are not easily reconciled..
