Enjoying the river

This dog had gotten away from her humans and waded out into the Potomac River and then refused to come in. We heard somebody trying to get through the dense undergrowth under the pedestrian walkway, and we ultimately met the dog, full of mud, when her humans finally got her back on dry land.
