Retail, now residential

Another commercial building converted into a private residence, of which there are many on Capitol Hill. I don’t know what this used to be, but you can always pick out these places because of the shop front windows, which I personally don't like.

It looks like a restaurant. I like the green color. There are so many empty storefronts where I live. It’s great to see these being put to good use.

Yes, it definitely says 'shop', but it is a creative use of it turning into residential units; a few around here too. V

It is an imposing frontage but I agree the windows would be off-putting for privacy.
