Tim just spent two days in Oslo, not our favorite city in Europe as some might remember. The embassy put him up in a dive of a hotel, and the weather was miserable, so I doubt this visit did much to improve his impression of the place. He did say, however, that the Norwegians he dealt with were delightful people, as they were when we were there in 2013.
