The orifice

This was one of the first pictures Tim took, and I think one of the most spectacular. The busts immediately below the ceiling of the Great Hall can be seen through the opening in the first (but not largest) hive.

This will be the last picture in this sub-gallery. I thought the installation would be interesting, but I never expected it to provide such great photo ops! In any case, thanks so much for the comments and votes, and if you’re in DC, be sure to take it in.
