Not happy with us

Sahraa had her teeth cleaned yesterday, which of course required anesthesia and a 12-hour day at the vet clinic (plus a $1,100 bill!). Luckily she didn’t need any teeth extracted but was pretty wobbly last night. Today she is ignoring us for having put her through that ordeal.

I finally pulled out my D700, charged totally dead batteries from Riyadh and attached my long lens, which I wish I had had when we saw the eagles on Sunday. Anyway, I was just trying it out on our deck and managed to get this unnoticed (or simply ignored).

AAI again as an unpleasant experience for sahraa, but they will be rapidly forgotten if the anesthesia is gone, and she will be happy again as Always Helen BV

Wow, that's a big bill for a Dental! You should be the one sulking! I really like this photo of her in the pretty light. Hopefully she''s be back to herself tomorrow. V

It must be very difficult for her to understand why she has been put through that ordeal. Hopefully you have pet insurance for the bill.

Ouch....poor Sahraa...poor wallet. Veterinary care is so expensive these days! Long gone are the days when I bartered childrens' piano lessons for dog care from my vet!
