Found some architecture at King Abdullah Park

One of the places we visited on our last day in Saudi Arabia was King Abdullah Park, in Al Malaz, Riyadh, which we had heard was nice. Maybe it’s great at night when it’s packed with families and the fountain is colorfully lit up, but it was not so nice during the day, right before it opened to the public. I had a hard time even finding anything to photograph but took a few to mark the visit.

Naturally I found an interesting building to photograph at the park! I also thought the lawn looked particularly lush here.

The lawn looks amazingly lush for a 'desert country' and the building is, as most that you've shown us are, beautiful. V.

Lovely architecture - pity a similar style couldn't be applied to the snack bar !! V

I always think of the desert as so flat or mountainous, so it's nice to see a park designed with gentle hills.
