Fun in the water

People in Portland love boating on the Willamette River, in all kinds of watercraft. I think that’s Ross Island in the distance, part of a four-island cluster in the middle of the river, just south of downtown.

a good variety of boats here at this convenient looking dock...not so sure about using the small inflatable on such a big river though..
