During our trip up the Oregon coast, we stopped in Tillamook, home of the famous Tillamook cheese. It has a special meaning for us since it was the only American cheese we could always buy in Saudi Arabia, certainly not in the variety they actually make, but at least your basic cheddar and Monterey Jack.
I’m just posting a series of pictures from there all at once; they of course had a tasting area, with some delicious cheeses to sample.
