Under construction

A building under construction at the beginning of downtown that I had never noticed before. As our car is being shipped, we now have to use the motor pool; this was taken from inside an armored SUV through dark windows that don’t open (so amazing it turned out at all).

The open space in the middle gives a wonderful touch to this building. Such design is unthinkable in the cities of my country were space is so limited that theyu can not afford to loose a single square meter
