Another view of the fountain described and pictured below. At least here the flowing water is a bit more obvious!

I’ll be posting a series of pictures from a walkway park that stretches through more than a city block as it continues across the street. It has a number of fountains in it, most of which are rarely working, but on this particular day, this unusual one was – the only time I’ve seen it running.
