Tuwaiq Palace

Tuwaiq Palace, a large events complex on the DQ. It also has some large tent-like structures on one side but only visible from inside the palace or from across the highway.

this looks a very sympathetic architectural response to the desert environment and traditional structures and probably only has a 1/1000th of the air-conditioning load of the glass stuff
