Not a happy camper

There were a couple of camels in the Qassim display area that were giving rides to children, and this of one of four pictures of them I’ll post. I love camels, but one of the men in our group said he had just read a report claiming that some 83 percent of camels in Saudi Arabia can transmit the MERS virus. I don’t know if that’s true or not, but it's enough to make me keep my distance.

The Qassim tower, posted earlier.

A very interesting scene, well captured. Kind of like pony rides in the west? V.

excellent capture, and what a lively scene...alarming news on the virus though...perhaps camels and children should not mix..
