Another unusual structure we have passed by on the highway many times but were unable to photograph (and couldn’t tell what it was, either). The other day we pulled off and investigated, although pictures were hard to come by as it’s still under construction and surrounded by a very difficult fence to see beyond.
Turns out it’s the General Department of Parks and Landscape Architecture, and it does look like a giant garden center here.
