Hospital de Sant Pau

The former Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau was built between 1901-1930 and was designed by the Catalan modernist architect Lluís Domènech i Montaner. When we were there it was under restoration, but Jose has done an excellent gallery including the finished project http://www.pbase.com/joseantonio/santpau&page=all . It has been designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

I’m having a short surgery tomorrow morning, after which I will hopefully be back on my feet, more or less. Finally!
