Triumphal arch, Parc de la Ciutadella

The Parc de la Ciutadella seemed to be a very popular place to spend some time, and with good reason -- 70 acres of green space that includes the city zoo, the Catalan Parliament building, a small lake, museums and a famous fountain, plus this monumental triumphal arch.
