When we were driving around the vicinity of the Kempinski, I saw this building way off in the distance on Olaya Road. I recognized it since I had photographed it long ago at night (see below picture), but had thought it was part of the new financial district, which it definitely is not.

This is Tamkeen Tower, a 58-story (above ground level, 4 stories below) office building that includes shops and a restaurant at the top. I must say that I just love this kind of architecture, another one of my favorite buildings in Riyadh.
