The avenue

This wasn’t even the “main” architecture street in Doha, just a commercial avenue in West Bay, right around the corner from our hotel. We had set out for a shopping mall that we had only seen at night on an emergency visit our last time there, but on the way came across all these beautiful buildings. And this was only half of our first day there!

I like all of the tall buildings together and their different modern styles. Except in bigger towns or cities these are not seen where I live near the countryside. I do love to see your travels and the amazing places you photograph, Helen. VV
