We are revisiting some of the large parks in the DQ since we can’t do much walking around anywhere else because of Tim’s foot. It’s nice to see them in summer, and of course Sahraa enjoys going to places she hasn’t been for a long time. I have noticed, though, that the parks seem to be suffering from neglect; maybe it’s because people didn’t work in the month of Ramadan, or because it’s just too hot to do gardening in summer.
