Grindavik fishermen at work

After having a look at the Blue Lagoon, we drove to Grindavik, one of Iceland’s most important fishing centers. It was a real working fishing port and quite interesting to spend some time in, watching fishing boats unloading their catches and heading back out to sea.

The crew was getting this boat ready to head out to the Atlantic again. I found all the reels and hooks quite interesting, like a gigantic version of fishing as a child.
