There were glaciers everywhere in southeast Iceland, with at least 30 of them running off of Vatnajökull, the enormous ice cap that is three times the size of Luxembourg and which covers 8 percent of the country. We couldn’t go see each glacier close up, so these are just four shots from the road. More information on the ice cap http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vatnajökull
