We encountered lot of livestock everywhere in Iceland – horses, sheep and cows, with a few goats. You had to be careful while driving because the sheep often crossed the road looking for greener pastures (although it didn’t look any different to me). Usually the sheep would run away if I approached, but this one stood his ground.
