When I first read about Qasr Al Hokm, the article presented it as a park, and not much was said about the huge scope of the redevelopment project, of which the park is a part. This is what I think they were describing. It was quite pleasant, especially with some shade in 111 degree F heat, but a bit different from what I normally think of as a park.
