This is a view of the city of Tanumah, where we overnighted. Unfortunately it wasn’t possible to get any night shots of it from the car, but this city, like many others in Asir Province, was beautifully lit up at night, with everything from lamp posts to buildings and monuments to street art colorfully illuminated.

Tim took a very short video from this vantage point after the call to prayer had already started. It’s not melodious like the beginning of it but gives an idea of how it echoed beautifully throughout the valley.
