Wind tower

These wind towers, exactly like ones I have seen all over Dubai, are what first attracted me to this building, and then I saw the gate (below). I simply had to get a closer look.

Very modern looking building. I wish I knew why those "bars" stick out of the top - I'm sure there is some symbolism to them.
