Mårten Trotzigs Gränd is 90 centimeters (3 feet) wide with 36 steps going up to the street above. It was closed for 100 years and reopened to foot traffic in 1945.

It reminds me of the narrowest street with such stairway in Old Town I showed you in Warsaw , remember Helen? Looks very alike :)
