Attached to a mosque that has been undergoing restoration. Apparently the people who were doing the work couldn't get a permit to finish the minaret.
his is the Hadzsi Ibrahim Djami (Haci Ibrahim Camii in Turkish), dating to the 17th century. Unfortunately, it doesn't open until next month so we couldn't go inside. Next trip.
