One thing I changed tonite was to build the sliding sacrificial pieces (on the bottom) out of solid
hardwood... here, poplar. I got to thinking that plywood could easily splinter and not work as intended.
So I redid them. The poplar is a little thicker than the ply, so I'll mill them to match the ply.
The small accessory on the left side is one of two little stop blocks for when I might want to make
a stopped rabbet, dado, or other cut. Might as well build this stuff now and have it handy.
