This is the largest Blanding's Turtle I've ever seen and from a distance I thought
it was a snapper. The carapace looked about 15" (38cm), also comparing it to the size of the
large dragonfly- seemed much larger than 10" which is supposed to be the top size
for this turtle. The painted turtles are big ones too.
When I returned later she was turned around but the middle painted still only showed his tail.
